Terms & conditions

Payment terms are subject to 50% cost of the hire cost including delivery, set up and collection upon your booking to secure your date. 

Remaining balance is to be paid off in full 4 weeks before the event. If the event falls within 30 days full payment is required upon booking.

We have limits on the number of events we take on per day and we strictly operate on a first come first served basis.

We reserve the right to charge an additional security deposit at the time of the booking as insurance for our equipment, this deposit is refundable once all items are collected in good condition.

Cancellation policy:

We will refund the full deposit if your event is cancelled in the first 7 days from the time of your booking. If you were to cancel after 28 days of your booking you will be liable to pay the full amount of your booking costs.
